BJ Truck Service of GA provides mobile truck mechanic services based in Georgia and operating across the Southeastern U.S. region. Our website allows you to:

• Submit a service request

2. Service Requests and Appointment Confirmations

You may request a service through our website’s booking form. Please note:

• Submitting a service request does not confirm an appointment.

• All requests are subject to availability and mechanic scheduling.

• We will contact you via phone, text, or email to confirm your request.

• Appointments are only confirmed once:

  1. You accept our Service Agreement, and

  2. You submit the $100 deposit through our secure third-party payment partner, Payrilla.

Once both steps are completed, your appointment will be officially confirmed.

 

 

3. Payments and Deposits

A $100 deposit is required to confirm any service request. This payment is made securely via Payrilla, a trusted third-party payment platform.

• The remaining service fee, including any applicable travel costs, and parts will be invoiced and due upon completion of the service.

• Full payment instructions and terms will be included in the Service Agreement.

We do not collect or store your payment information on our website.

 

 

4. Cancellations

Since service appointments are not confirmed until we approve the request and receive your deposit, there is no formal cancellation policy at this stage.

However, once your deposit is paid and an appointment is confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible if your availability changes. Any deposit refund or rescheduling is at our discretion and may depend on the timing and nature of your request.

 

 

5. User Accounts (Optional)

You may browse the website without creating an account. However, creating an account can simplify the booking form process and allow for easier communication and service tracking.

When creating an account:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

 

 

6. Third-party Services

We use Payrilla to process deposit payments. When making a payment, you may be redirected to their platform and must agree to their terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the security or practices of third-party platforms, including Payrilla and social media links (e.g., Instagram).
